Sekolah Harapan Prestasi proudly concluded its Year-End Performance (YEP) & Graduation 2026 on 1 June 2026 at Usmar Ismail Hall, Jakarta. Carrying the inspiring theme “Mahkota dari Hati” (A Crown from the Heart), the event brought together students from Primary and Secondary levels in a series of drama performances, music, and graduation ceremonies. More than an annual celebration, the program reflected the school’s commitment to developing students’ creativity, confidence, teamwork, and character through meaningful learning experiences.
The highlight of this year’s performance was an original drama inspired by Indonesian folklore, telling the story of young people who discover that true leadership is built not on power or intelligence, but on honesty, compassion, and the courage to do what is right. Throughout the performances, students demonstrated not only their artistic talents but also the values they have practiced during their learning journey at Sekolah Harapan Prestasi.
In an interview with our reporter, Principal Gunawan, M.Pd. shared that the Year-End Performance is much more than a stage performance. “We want every child to understand that true leadership is not about being served, but about serving others with sincerity, integrity, and compassion. Through this event, students learn to express themselves, work together, and build the courage to make the right decisions. These are the values we hope they will carry throughout their lives.” His message reflects the school’s vision of nurturing students who excel academically while growing into individuals of strong character and empathy.
The event was made possible through the dedication of teachers, staff, students, parents, and the entire school community. Months of preparation resulted in memorable performances that filled the auditorium with laughter, applause, and heartfelt moments. Every scene reminded the audience that success is measured not only by achievement, but also by kindness, humility, and the willingness to make a positive difference.
As the curtain closed on Year-End Performance 2026, the celebration became more than a farewell to another academic year—it became a beautiful reminder that every child carries a unique “crown” within their heart.
